Steps to Register

Step 1

- Click on Registration Button at this end of this page.

- Select registration type

- Select type of participant

- Fill the registration form.

- Click on “Save” button. You can upload new version(s) of your abstract if you choose to.

- Please wait until you are notified of the abstract acceptance before making payment.

- Registration fees are based on type and duration of registration. (Details)

  Notes:  

          (1) No refunds will be given upon cancellation.         

          (2) No registrations and payments will be accepted after xx July 2017.

Step 2

- Check your email for a message from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

- Click on the link in e-mail to activate your account.

- Click on “Login” button

- Payment Option “Bank Transfer”

          Click on Print invoice. Go to pay at the bank. After that, you can login again. Click on “Submission and Payment” button and click on step 2 to confirm your payment by upload pay-in slip.

         You can print the receipt after administrator accepted your registration. When it's done, and the form is submitted, you will get the confirmation email with title "Transforming Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing @ Thailand 4.0". If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your Junk box. If you don't get within 3 days, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Step 3

- Print registered form.
